What You Will Do
- Manage recruiter calendars and schedule candidate interviews efficiently.
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone to confirm interviews and provide instructions.
- Track candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Prepare candidate packets and interview documentation for recruiters.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist recruiters with administrative tasks to help maintain high-volume workflow.
Who You Are
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service and candidate-facing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in scheduling tools, Outlook/Teams, and applicant tracking systems (ATS); quick to learn new systems.
- Proactive problem-solver who enjoys supporting a team and improving processes.
- Reliable internet connection and computer with camera/microphone.
- Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
