The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Bid4Assets’ virtual real estate public auction services by building trusted relationships with county sheriffs, treasurers, tax collectors, and other public-sector decision-makers. This position is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, public-sector relationship building, and representing a proven solution that helps government agencies improve the efficiency, reach, and results of their auction programs.
The successful candidate will proactively generate new business through strategic outreach, presentations, trade show engagement, scheduled prospect meetings, and consistent follow-up with both prospective and existing clients. This role requires professionalism, persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions that create long-term value. Routine travel for sales meetings and industry conferences is required; prior experience selling to or partnering with government agencies is strongly preferred.
