Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop people strategies.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions for retention and engagement.
- Support change management initiatives and company culture evolution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling organizations is a plus.
