Position Overview

Oasis Senior Advisors is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to provide temporary coverage supporting the Oasis Senior Advisors franchise network. This individual will manage recurring marketing programs, support franchise owners, and coordinate projects with internal teams and external partners.

Working within the established marketing strategy, you will take ownership of day-to-day execution across email, social media, franchise communications, and reporting. Success requires strong writing, sound judgment, careful quality control, and the ability to manage deadlines with limited day-to-day direction.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution and Content

  • Manage the assigned marketing calendar, coordinating deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and deadlines across recurring campaigns and projects.
  • Write, edit, build, and schedule email campaigns and newsletters; verify audience segments, links, formatting, and approved messaging before launch.
  • Coordinate social media content and scheduling, maintain brand consistency, and adapt approved content and templates for national and local use.
  • Prepare franchise communications and marketing resources that explain programs, tools, and next steps clearly to advisors.

Franchise Support and Project Coordination

  • Respond to franchisee marketing questions, guide users to approved resources, and coordinate resolution of platform or campaign issues with the appropriate team or vendor.
  • Coordinate creative briefs, asset requests, feedback, and delivery with internal stakeholders, designers, and agency partners.
  • Keep project status and documentation current; flag risks, missed dependencies, and competing priorities early to the Marketing Director.

Reporting and Program Continuity

  • Compile recurring campaign reports, monitor available engagement and conversion metrics, and recommend practical improvements based on results.
  • Support scheduled marketing calls or training through communications, presentation materials, and follow-up resources as assigned.
  • Maintain organized campaign files, calendars, and process notes, and provide a clear transition handoff at the end of the assignment.

Required Qualifications

  • At least four years of relevant marketing experience, including independent ownership of recurring campaigns and deliverables.
  • Hands-on email marketing experience with campaign creation, segmentation, quality assurance, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for business partners and consumer audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and communicate directly with clients or local business owners.
  • Experience using social media publishing tools, CRM or contact management systems, and spreadsheets to support execution and reporting.
  • Ability to learn established processes quickly, exercise judgment, and maintain reliable communication throughout the assignment.
  • Ability to meet the assignment's anticipated duration, agreed availability requirements, and scheduled deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a franchise network, multi-location business, or agency portfolio with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact, SOCi, IQ CRM, and Canva, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience in senior care, healthcare services, or another service business with both referral partner and consumer audiences.
  • Prior success in temporary coverage assignments or roles requiring a rapid onboarding period.

Working Relationships and Scope

The Marketing Director will establish priorities and approval requirements. The contractor will own assigned execution, coordinate with internal and external partners, and escalate decisions outside the agreed scope. Strategic changes, new spending, and changes to approved messaging require the appropriate internal approval.

During onboarding, the team will confirm the recurring deliverables and their frequency, franchise support expectations, platform access, available design and agency resources, and reporting cadence.

What Success Looks Like

  • Assigned campaigns and communications are delivered accurately and on schedule, following established approval processes.
  • Franchisee requests receive timely, clear responses, with issues tracked through resolution or escalation.
  • The Marketing Director has clear visibility into priorities, progress, performance, and risks.
  • Programs remain organized and documented, supporting continuity during the coverage period and a smooth handoff afterward.
